It is part of the Aquitaine Region and the closest major French cities being Bordeaux and Toulouse with smaller regional airports in Brive and Bergerac.

The Accommodation consists of a 2 storey house with 5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms/Showers, 3 Toilets, a Lounge, a Dining Room, a Kitchen, large lawnw area and a large terrace area that gives superb views over the town and hills. It also provides off-street parking for 3 cars.
